A support request gives Arcane Tech the details needed to investigate an issue and keeps related updates together. Use the support request form for an existing service or technical problem. You can open it even if you cannot sign in to the client portal.
Before you submit
Work out the smallest clear description of the problem. “Mail stopped working” can mean a sign-in error, a sending error, a missing message or a problem on one device. A more useful subject is “Cannot send from [email protected] in iPhone Mail since Tuesday.”
Collect:
- The affected website, page or email address.
- What you tried to do and what happened instead.
- When the problem began, with your time zone if timing matters.
- The exact error message, if one appears.
- Whether it affects everyone or only one person or device.
- A screenshot with passwords, login codes and payment details removed.
You do not need to diagnose the cause before asking for help.
Submit the form
- Enter your Primary Email, First Name and Last Name.
- Add your Company Name if you are representing a company, or use the form’s individual option.
- Write a specific Subject.
- Describe the issue in Body. Include the page address or affected mailbox, the steps that lead to the problem and what you expected.
- Add a screenshot or file under Attachment if it helps.
- Complete the form’s anti-spam check and select Submit.
For example: “On https://example.com/contact/, the contact form shows ‘Something went wrong’ after I select Send. I tried it at 10:15 a.m. Eastern on September 29 in Chrome and Safari. No confirmation appeared. Screenshot attached.”
What happens next
After submitting, keep any confirmation or ticket reference you receive. The public Support Center currently says a support ticket receives a response within 24 hours. That describes a response, not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved within that time.
If a reply asks for more information, add it to the same conversation when possible. Include the reference number in any separate message so the team can connect it to the original request.
SuiteDash supports both portal-based ticket conversations and email replies, but the exact route available to your account depends on the way Arcane Tech has configured your portal and notifications. Use the link in your confirmation or reply when one is provided.
Add useful follow-up information
When the problem changes, tell us what changed and when. For example: “It now works in webmail but still fails on my phone,” or “The error started after the form was updated today.” A new and unrelated problem should get its own request so each issue can be followed separately.
If you need a content or design change rather than help with a malfunction, see How to Request a Website Change. It explains the final copy and files that make a change request ready to work on.
Keep account information safe
Support may need an account address, a page URL or a redacted error. Do not put a password, sign-in code or full payment details in a ticket. If access to an account is required, use the secure method Arcane Tech gives you for that specific task.
